The Tatum Brown interior design team touched every square inch of the house with thoughtful, creative, and fresh design. Our family now gets to live in light-filled spaces that are a treat for the eyes, but still function beautifully for a young family and terribly behaved golden retriever. Project managers pursued the best materials and tradesman for the construction process, and the finance department transparently communicated project inflows and outflows. With this advocacy and transparency, we were able to make intelligent decisions regarding upgrades and finishes. Tatum Brown’s expertise in building science and strong relationships with its subcontractors benefitted both the quality and schedule of our build. Our site superintendent brought decades of experience to the project, and was clearly well respected by each worker on the job site.
